@ The Beach Margate is self-catering vacation venue situated at Chesapeake Bay complex @ 147 Marine Drive Margate with direct beach access and a private balcony with unchallenged 180 degree sea views.
The building is situated ideally within walking distance to the main Margate swimming beach, the famous fishing pier and a beautiful tidal pool, accessible via the beach side board walk from your back door. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment is just around the corner but the hustle and bustle is not so close as to disturb the relaxed beach atmosphere.
The unit is situated in a secure complex with undercover parking and boasts a swimming pool, tennis court, outdoor braai area, kids play area and laundry facilities for your enjoyment.
Our unit is fully equipped for self-catering and all bedding is supplied. The unit is fitted with a dishwasher for your convenience. Our agents also make provision for your needs by supplying a cleaning service for an additional cost of your request on arrival.

Unit 59 Penthouse
This beautiful newly renovated unit is a flagship property boasting spectacular 180 degree breaker views and modern stylish decor. It is ideal for a romantic breakaway, an upper-class weekend break with friends or a high quality family vacation.
The lounge, kitchen, dining room, main bedroom and second bedroom all have spectacular sea views with double doors opening onto your private balcony from all these rooms.
The unit sleeps a maximum of 7 people with a queen size bed in the main sea facing bedroom; a queen size bed in the in second sea facing bedroom and a queen size bed combined with a single loft bed in the third bedroom. All bedrooms are fitted with roof fans for your comfort.
The en suite master bedroom boasts a beautiful private bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are serviced by a separate family bathroom with a bath and shower.
The fully renovated modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities required for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and kettle.
Although the block has a beautiful communal braai area this unit is equipped with a private braai on the patio area for your convenience.
Be sure to bring your own Dstv decoder, smartcard and all required cables (please note no Exploras) as well as towels and dishtowels.
Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking unit and sadly no pets are allowed.

Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is 9am. Later check out may be arranged with the Owner subject to no new booking arriving on that day.
Pick-up and drop-off of keys will be arranged on receipt of the balance due on your booking before occupancy.
