Rates: 

1.   Peak season rates: R2500 per unit per night (1 December to 15 January) 

2.  Season: R1500 per unit per night (Rest of the year) 

3.  Breakage deposit: R500 

Guests are required to also provide an additional breakage deposit of R500 in cash when keys are collected. The deposit will be returned when the keys are handed back by the guest and the unit is in the state it was received by the guest.

Please note that a minimum stay of two nights is required to secure a booking.
To enable us to secure your booking we will require a 50% deposit per the quote we will supply for you. If you are making a festive season booking or a booking for a date less than one month away we will require full payment to secure your dates for you.
An optional cleaning service for washing floors, making beds, washing dishes and laundry is available to you and may be arranged through the agent’s office on request upon arrival at your own cost and convenience.
